Order Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: October 23, 2026

At Wincap Holdings LLC, official merchandise is made on demand upon order confirmation, and production begins almost immediately through our fulfillment partner, Printful. Because orders are automatically processed into the production pipeline shortly after placement, orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been submitted.

If you need to update a shipping address or make a critical change, please contact us immediately at mitch@wincapholdings.com with your order number. While we will make every effort to request a hold or update before production begins, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order enters fulfillment. If an order cannot be canceled, it will be produced and shipped as submitted, subject to our standard Return and Refund Policy upon arrival.
